Fall River & New Bedford website.

Suicide Awareness Education is an important and effective suicide prevention tool. Through our outreach program, The Samaritans provides education, training on identifying those at risk of suicide and suicide prevention strategies.

Teen Suicide Suicide is now thought to be the second leading cause of death for ages 15 through 19 and rising rapidly.

Suicide and the Elderly Those 65 and older have the highest suicide rate of any age group in the United States.
